Botticelli’s Primavera Tattoo by Marcela Badolatto

Botticelli tattoo on Forearm (inner) by Marcela Badolatto

Sandro Botticelli, the famous Italian Renaissance painter made the large scale painting called ‘Primavera’ in the late 1470s, and it soon became one of the most talked about paintings in history. The ‘Primavera’, or the ‘Spring’, shows a group of figures in a park, in total, six female and a male figure, accompanied by a Cupid.

This tattoo by Marcela Badolatto focuses on the three female figures, known as the Three Graces, goddesses of charm, beauty, nature, human creativity and fertility. Beautifully done!
